Please note that we do our best to keep all of our calendars updated; however, each date is subject to a first come first serve basis. If your desired date is unavailable, we will do our best to help you reserve another date that works for your group.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your visit.  If a cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice, payments made will be forfeited.  For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to visit, payments to be applied towards a future stay within 90 days of the original reservation date.  Individual payments will be applied towards a future stay within 90 days of the original reservation date.  Private Retreat Deposits will be applied to another Private Retreat within 90 days of the original reservation date.   Retreats may be rescheduled only one time.  If full payment has not been received, it will be required at the time of rescheduling.

Rebooking Special:
As a reminder, in order to receive the free night as apart of our rebooking special; the deposit must be submitted with the reservation form BEFORE you leave RTC.
