The Hideaway
The Hideaway is wheelchair friendly and the perfect retreat for small groups of 6 or less! Features include a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, well lit crafting space, and 6 twin beds all on one level. The Hideaway also has a 12 x 30 deck and a shared fire pit for those who would like to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting.
Gathering Room
This wonderful space feels is bright and inviting, yet feels so cozy. It's simply perfect for a smaller group to get away for a fun girls weekend. Come craft, build puzzles, play games, take walks or just eat and giggle. The Hideaway has Wifi, a ROKU TV and 6 work spaces that include a 6' table, high back leather chair and an individual task lighting to complement the 2 five bulb lights above the table. There is a spacious area with plenty of room to spread out and get crafty!
Kitchen & Sitting Area
Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crock pot, toaster, griddle, mixer, standard coffee maker, and for those wishing to bring their own K-cups, a Keurig.
This room is so special to me because it was built with love... The construction was completed by Bryan & Karin, our talented cousins, and of course Jim, my incredibly patient hubby. The flooring was gifted to us by our very sweet Aunt & Uncle. Thank you Aunt Frankie, Uncle Woody, Bryan and Karin; I love you all more than words can express!
Bedroom #1
Twin beds with memory foam mattresses AND... Hand made quilts to keep you warm and comfy! This room is located right off the Gathering Room.
Bedroom #2
Three more memory foam beds in this room, as well as more Homemade quilts. They aren't works of art, but they are definitely works of heart!! Bedroom #2 is also right off the Gathering Room.
My Favorite Spot!!
Waking up early to soak in the most amazing sunrises over Lake Cumberland, or taking a break to enjoy a warm sunny day, doesn't matter when... this is my most favorite place to be!
